Abstract

Mobile business solutions are rapidly being deployed in many industries around the world. This paper investigates the perceived strategic value of mobile technologies in the New Zealand Realestate industry. It was found that mobile technologies have a high potential strategic value to the industry. In addition, the use of data is still in an embryonic stage while voice remains the most used application. The paper concludes with recommendations for future practice and research.
