Abstract

The EMM of an AMC, reported in [1], will be implemented in FDTD, which will allow us to demonstrate the validity of the model. This will be done by verifying its and surface wave bandwidths. With this model implemented in FDTD then the AMC can easily be treated as a material and its interactions with antennas and other materials can be modeled. Also the effect of its finiteness can be easily assessed.
