Abstract

A high-resolution surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor was presented using a quadrant cell photodetector. The sensor focused the diode laser through a prism onto a gold film that was divided into two areas. The signals from the two areas were produced and detected with the same laser, optics and photodetector.
