Abstract

We hypothesize and find an inverted U-shaped relationship between leaders' differentiated individual-focused transformational leadership (DITL) and leader performance. Additionally, group-focused transformational leadership has an effect on leader performance via group's justice climate. Justice climate connects group-focused leadership to DITL; justice climate moderates the inverted U-shaped relationship between DITL and leader performance.
