Describing the baryon spectrum with 1/Nc QCD

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

This talk outlines recent advances using QCD in the 1/NC limit aimed at understanding baryon scattering processes and their embedded short-lived baryon resonances. In this presentation we emphasize developing qualitative physical insight over presenting results of detailed calculations.
