Using Community Based Participatory Research to Reduce Social Determinants of Health Using Community Based Participatory Research to Reduce Social Determinants of Health Goal: To reduce social determinants of health throughout Arizona communities by providing access to heath care. Objective 1: to develop curriculum using community based participatory research to educate and inform providers and the community on social determinants of health. Objective 2: to provide training to providers and community members on the importance of understanding social determinants of health using community based participatory research.
