Description

UIA - Gates - Support to collaborate across the postsecondary strategy UIA - Gates - Support to collaborate across the postsecondary strategy As a component of its approach to scale, the Postsecondary Success team is working with our organization and other critical partners and leaders in higher education (i.e. the scaling partners) to explore how aligned efforts among field leaders can accelerate the scaling of effective practices that have a positive impact on increasing equity and completions in higher education. As a member of the Scaling Partners Network (SPN), we request $100,000 to actively participate in the continued development of the scaling partners network over a 24-month period and to actively participate in the network and test the Foundations hypothesis that coordinated action can lead to efficiencies and improved impacts for scale. These resources will be used to support our participation in the development and testing of the Scaling Partners Network. If we receive these funds, we agree to share with the Scaling Partners Network (in discussions facilitated by Formative) how we plan to use these funds in support of the network. We also agree to share learnings through a process facilitated by Formative and select scaling partners that allow the foundation and the Scaling Partners to better understand how the resources supported the ability to collaborate with each other.
