Description
Tools and Methods for Producing High Quality Functional Protein Microarrays for Biomarker Discovery Development of ProCap system for semi-automated protein microarray production FP00012832 Supplement: Tools and Methods for Producing High Quality Functional protein Microarrays for Biomarker Discovery The supplemental funding would support producing NAPPA IPC (cover capture) protein arrays on ProCap system, and testing Tau protein phosphorylation detection by kinases using INanoBio's FET nanowire sensors. ASU team will support producing Tau pathway related kinase and phosphatase protein arrays, testing phosphorylation and de-phosphorylation detection using INanoBio's FET nanowire sensors. The results generated will be analysed by INanoBio and ASU teams to demonstrate FET detection of Tau phosphorylation by multiple kinases, in real time, with high detection sensitivity.
