Photonic Crystal Enhanced Fluorescence: Development of Sensor Structures and Detection Instrumentation for Multiplexed Biomarker Detection Photonic Crystal Enhanced Fluorescence: Development of Sensor Structures and Detection Instrumentation for Multiplexed Biomarker Detection Arizona State University Statement of Work: In this study, Dr. Anderson will provide clinical expertise for biomarker development for all Aims. In particular she will discuss study design and results with Drs. Cunningham, DeMirci, and Zangar biweekly, as well as meet with the investigators yearly to review progress. She will work on the selection of the biomarkers for development, assays for variability, selection of patient samples for assay development, and downstream planning for further assay validation using established multicenter blood reference sets.
