P4: Smart City Technology Feasibility Study P4: Smart City Technology Feasibility Study This Scope of Work Statement (SOW) is issued pursuant to the July 3rd, 2019 Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Peoria (City) and the Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (ASU), collectively the Parties, pertaining to the Citys participation in the ASU Project Cities Program, and is effective as of the date of last signature on the signature page below (Effective Date). This SOW is specific to the Smart City Technology & Innovation Feasibility Study Scope of Work, herein referred to as the Project.
