Nonlinear Modeling of mm-wave Power Amplifiers through Particle-based Simulations Nonlinear Modeling of mm-wave Power Amplifiers through Particle-based Simulations We propose the realization of a software tool that extends the capabilities of our state of the art physics-based device simulation. Such tools will be used for the design of realistic devices and for the extraction of the parameters to be employed in full circuit modeling and design of highfrequency power amplifiers.
