IGNITE: School Based Tobacco Use Prevention Program FY15 IGNITE: School Based Tobacco Use Prevention Program FY12 12040946 Moses MACTUPP Scope of Work Details Projects focused on promoting tobacco cessation will include: 1. A social marketing campaign (posters and electronic communication) to encourage quitting tobacco products, and referring ASU students, faculty and staff to campus resources for cessation. 2. An awareness event on each ASU campus to encourage smokers to quit, and to refer them to campus and community resources for quitting. Projects designed to raise awareness about or promote strong tobacco policy on campus include: 1. A social marketing campaign (posters and electronic communication) to encourage quitting tobacco products, and referring students, faculty and staff to campus resources for cessation. 2. An awareness event on each ASU campus to encourage smokers to quit, and to refer them to campus and community resources for quitting. 3. Production of materials and posters in support of the ASU Tobacco Free Initiative, and to educate ASU students, faculty and staff about the upcoming policy change to a tobacco free environment at all ASU campuses. Other aspects of this project include: 1. Development of web-based information, a website specifically to support the ASU Tobacco Free Initiative. ASU will not train and/or support high school and/or community youth as part of this project.
