Description

Conduct trainings on sex trafficking targeted to juvenile probation officers. This training will include definitions, what to look for, risk factors, protective factors and negative outcomes (mental health, medical, relationships, self esteem). Speakers will include law enforcement, mental health/social worker/researcher and survivor speakers. This will include assisting the AOC in developing a video training module on sex trafficking.

Develop and implement a research study using and online survey to collect information from Arizona Juvenile Officers who attended the 5 trainings. Coordinate survey dissemination, monitor data collection, analyze data and produce a written report on the incidence of sex trafficking victims on juvenile probation in Arizona
