Abstract
This invention describes another embodiment of Self-Assembled DNA nanoarrays for genomics and personalized medicine ASU disclosure M5-059. It is based on the idea of using a thread strand together with a set of helper strands tob uild a self assembly structure as described in "Directed Nucleation Assembly of DNA Tile Complexes for Barcode-Patterned Lattices"
