Abstract

This chapter will focus on the role of justice in civil and organizational relation-ships, with a particular focus on when that sense of justice has been violated. To do so, we must consider how people think of justice, how they perceive injustice, and how they react to a sense of injustice, whether they are the aggrieved party or not.
