note = "Funding Information: Currently the Empire State Electric Energy Research Corporation (ESEERCO), an organization funded by the six New York State electrical power utilities, is funding a collaborative development effort to demonstrate and assess the actual commercial and technical potential of the polymer tape insulation and the wrapping technique. Funding Information: The PRT at port X-18 consists of members from Purdue University, Iowa State University, The University of Missouri, The University of Illinois, North-western University, and Argonne National Lab. Purdue has the primary contract with Brookhaven. Other members of the PRT have made essentially equal commitments to the port in terms of time and resources. The majority of the funding for the port comes from Department of Energy grants. A smaller portion of funding comes from the National Science Foundation and university grants.",
