Abstract

This is a description of a panel on the subject of synchronized measurements in power system operation. A number of experts will address international research issues and practices from a wide range of perspectives. Their views, drawn from academic, research, and industry experiences, will add to the important topic of synchronized measurements and their incorporation in power system operational practices.
