Abstract
The nonlinear dynamics of Taylor-Couette flow in small aspect ratio annulus was discussed by numerically solving the full three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations. Four distinct cases for the symmetries of the bifurcated orbit were derived. The codimension-two double Hopf bifurcation where the two Hopf bifurcations coincide was also located.
