Abstract
Armed forces: The rolling-circle amplification method has been used to replicate a four-arm DNA nanojunction. Under appropriate conditions, the DNA nanoobjects can be replicated efficiently and correctly, therefore opening a new avenue for large-scale enzymatic synthesis of DNA nanostructures.
