Real-time analysis of transient stability using reconfigurable analog VLSI

Abstract

Real-time analysis of transient stability using reconfigurable analog VLSI was presented. The system parameters could be changed by a combination of digital switches and analog voltages. It was found that the simulation speed of analog VLSI method is 105 times faster than real time.
