Abstract

In this paper, the fuzz button interconnects are analyzed with quasi-static techniques. By using the equivalence principle, a set of integral equations is established and solved by combined point-matching method and Galerkin's method. An iterative algorithm is proposed to solve the matrix equations. The inductance is found by the power-current definition. An equivalent nonuniform transmission line is established and waveform simulation is conducted. The results are compared with FDTD results and good agreement is observed.
