QCD-sum rule calculation of the singlet axial constant

Abstract

The singlet axial form factor of the proton for small momentum transfers is analyzed by using QCD sum rules and an interpolating nucleon current, which explicitly allows for the gluonic degrees of freedom. As a result, the singlet axial constant is predicted quantitatively.
