Abstract

As the urbanization and industrialization of China, the ecological damage of city has become more and more serious, environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent and the public participation in the supervision has become a hot issue. This paper uses the game theory to analyse the conduct motives of the public, construction unit and the regulators in the regulation of construction waste and their strategy and decision-making in the game, and then points out that public participation in the supervision of construction waste is essential. It is necessary to introduce the mechanism of restraint and supervision and the regulators should provide necessary protection measures and systems to achieve the cooperation in environmental protection among the relevant actors.
