Abstract

Nanodisplay allows us to construct position specific peptide arrays with nanometer spacing. Peptide arrays will be constructed with LF-specific peptides and scanned by AFM to identify peptide pairs that function as artificial antibodies to anthrax. Controlling the proximity of functional peptide pair represents a strategic route to producing antibody chips for molecular detection of biological signatures.
