Abstract
The behavior of the hydrogen molecular ion in a strong laser field is described within the frames of the two-level model consisting from the ground (even) and first excited (odd) electronic levels of the Hp2+. Relevant initial conditions for classical dynamics of repulsion of protons from each other during the dissociative process are derived from the analysis of the Franck-Condon factors perturbed by the strong laser field.
