On uncollapsing three factor orthogonal main effect plans

Abstract

Our main result is that any three-factor Orthogonal Main Effect Plan can be uncollapsed to obtain a tight three-factor Orthogonal Main Effect Plan. We also prove a finite-basis type result for tight OMEPs.
