Abstract

We demonstrate novel patterning of gold, nickel alloy, and graphite wires on silicone rubber. We subsequently fabricate resistive heaters, magnetic single cell traps, thermocouples, and electrostatic actuators embedded within silicone rubber structures, with feature sizes ranging from microns to centimeters.
