Abstract

A new approach to the rapid evaluation of reliability at power system busses is discussed. The approach is a sensitivity technique somewhat analogous to power transmission distribution factors. The method is applicable to calculation of bus reliability for cases which are changed from a base case. Proposals for reliability design are given.
