N2 - First and second moment equations are derived for the Wigner distribution function and its transport equation. An electric field is applied in the superlattice direction. The energy structure has a sinusoidal band, formed by the superlattice, with the other two dimensions of arbitrary energy from. The results are equations, which are functions of the fiels, for the average velocity and energy for such a structure.
