Abstract
The need to leverage a language by an organization and using it to attain organizational goals is discussed. The concept of language is central to the occurrence of organizing, which connects the various entities and enables the flow of information and knowledge. A few companies are taking the right steps to teach their employees the value of language. Intel and AMD, which have large global outsourcing programs organize training classes to expose their employees to cultural and language issues in India.
