Abstract

A secondary relaxation due to Ag+ diffusion in a superionic glass is studied over ten decades of time by mechanical and electrical relaxation spectroscopy including Brillouin scattering. We find arrhenius processes which are highly non-exponential at low temperatures/frequencies. The longitudina; stress relaxation narrows abruptly to exponential at high temperatures.
