Abstract

Earlier work established that signals formed by composition of a bandlimited signal with a bijective time warping function can be reconstructed from prescribed sequences of nonuniformly spaced samples. A technique for linear filtering of this class of signals directly from sequences of nonuniformly spaced samples is described. An example of low-pass filtering a nonbandlimited signal represented by nonuniformly spaced samples using this method is presented.
