Abstract

The labor resource planning for construction projects is discussed. A research project which outlines the skill and labor requirements for the design and construction of wafer fabrication facility is elaborated. The results of the subcontractor for labor resources for each month of a base-build facility and an existing facility are discussed. The analysis shows that there is high demand for a skilled force especially mechanical and electrical trades during the construction phase of a base-build facility.
