Abstract
Knowledge management has made inroads in all fields and continues to evolve as a pivotal task for companies trying to survive in today's competitive marketplace. From interviews with executives responsible for knowledge management ventures as well as front-line employees using those systems, four common issues have emerged that executives need to consider while pushing IT-driven knowledge initiatives.
