Abstract

One of the most significant frontiers for decision support system (DSS) research involves exploring the potential of artificial intelligence (Al) tools and techniques. This paper reviews existing research directions relative to the imminent marriage of DSS and Al. Strategies for viewing Al as an opportunity to expand the scope and applicability of current frameworks are presented.
