Abstract
An initial conceptual framework is presented for the integration of a number of multi-regional models, and a modular structure is outlined. Fruitful directions for partial or full integration of these modules are suggested with particular emphasis on intermodule and intramodule linkages and on several necessary consistency checks.-Authors
