Abstract

In an effort to propagate best practices, the Accounting, Behavior and Organizations Section of the American Accounting Association endeavors to make available to interested faculty via their website syllabi for research seminars in behavioral accounting taught at prominent institutions. As of December 1, 2004, 23 syllabi could be found at the website; 20 provided detailed article reference lists. This note identifies the major research foci found on those syllabi, and the most frequently referenced and highest impact articles and authors.
