Abstract

Good self-reflective awareness is also about the ability to ‘generate a narrative of self that is complex, clear, and multifaceted and is able to communicate that narrative in a way that allows others a much better understanding of where one is coming from’. Time management is an essential skill, and there are various considerations for reflecting on setting goals. Developing personal and professional development is about gaining that supplemental experience and training to enhance networking and engagement to so boost confidence and what we can put on our resume. A key part of reflection is about understanding and learning from our past so that we can find ways to improve or explore new opportunities in the future. Time is about how we manage it and organization. Having a set timeline is about recognizing future trajectory.
