Epistemic utility estimation with valuational convexity

Abstract

In this paper we extend the results from [1] to derive an epistemic utility estimator with both credal and valuational convexity. The obtained estimator enables the use of a convex set of information densities in the cases when a single information density can not be defined. We present simulation results illustrating the theory.
