Enforced electrical neutrality of the color-flavor locked phase

Abstract

At asymptotic densities, the ground state of QCD is the color-flavor locked (CFL) phase. In this work it is demonstrated that in reality, the CFL phase is automatically electrically neutral. No electrons are required and none are admitted.
