Electronic Properties of Group-IV SnGe alloy topological quantum materials

Abstract

Electronic transport properties of GeSn as a quantum material have been studied. Superconductivity, large magnetoresistance, and quantum oscillations were observed. The combination of such transport properties in one material is rare, implying the great potential of GeSn in fundamental physics research and device applications.
