Abstract
Studied the relationship between adult-child contractual interactions and children's self-control. Ss were 95 8-12 yr old girls who performed an arm-extension exercise and a monotonous letter-crossing task. Overall results suggest the utility of a model relating contractual agreements to self-control, although the locus of effects is not completely clear.
