Abstract

We report a simultaneous two-color lasing with wavelength separation of 107 nm in a single CdSSe alloy nanowire. The output color can be tuned continuously from green to red by controlling two pump beams. OCIS codes: (160.4236) Nanomaterials; (250.5960) Semiconductor lasers.
