Abstract
This study investigates differences in annual global irradiation on stationary equator-facing tilted surfaces and on two-axis tracking surfaces computed from the same basic hourly irradiation data set, using isotropic and anistropic diffuse-sky models. These differences having been computed for different radiation threshold values, we subsequently discuss how one can directly obtain estimates of their repercussion on the performance simulation results of entire solar systems.
