Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present an update on the planning of a new engineering program and Arizona State University (ASU) East. Planning began in the Summer 2003 and implementation is expected in 2005. This paper presents a background of Arizona Sate University East Campus and discusses the need for a new engineering program at ASU. A draft set of program requirements is presented along with some details for a new modeling and simulation concentration.
