Abstract

matrix presented A greatly improved solid-phase synthesis of deglycobleomycin using a Dde-based linker is reported. The resin-bound deglycobleomycin could be completely deblocked and assayed for DNA plasmid relaxation, sequence-selective DNA cleavage, and light production from a molecular beacon.
