Abstract

Data management and allocation in the systematic, efficient storage and retrieval of data. In impedance matrix (Z//B//U//S) algorithms of power engineering, large blocks of data must be stored and accessed; core storage limitations often require that alternate media be employed as storage elements. The quantity of data in such algorithms makes data management philosophy highly desirable. In this paper, the scheduling of data allocation is considered. Expected retrieval time is improved in building Z//B//U//S, and bus ordering is considered. The result is the more efficient use of peripheral storage.
