N2 - The current algebra of effective weak currents is studied in detail for spin-flavor symmetry of heavy quarks. Technical issues involved in the derivation of Luke's renormalization-free theorem by Boyd and Brahm through the Ademollo-Gatto theorem are examined and elaborated upon.
