Abstract

Equation 5 is incorrect. It should read [formula omitted] where No is the number concentration of counterions at the surface, not the viscosity. Equation 13 is missing a parenthesis. It should read [formula omitted] The theoretical plots in Figure 3 were calculated using a 375-um o.d. In the last sentence of the second paragraph of the Discussion, the references to parts a and b of Figure 3 are reversed.
