Capacitive Based Thin-Film Detectors for Biotechnology and Sensor Application

Trevor Thornton (Inventor)

Research output: Patent

Abstract

An electrical device with the overall impedance designed specificallly for making measurements of ultra-thin layers of molecules based on changes in capacitance. The device is designed so that capacitance changes of the system will reflect few to single binding evens of target molecules.
